Experience the Reindeer Park at your own pace, exclusively with your own group!

A private visit offers a peaceful and exclusive experience, as there are no other visitors in the Reindeer Park during your visit. Our guide will introduce you to the reindeer and tell you about their lives and behavior. You will also have the opportunity to feed them their favorite treat – lichen.

During your visit, relax in the cozy White Reindeer Lappish hut, where campfire coffee or tea and traditional Finnish cinnamon buns are served by the open fire. Our small souvenir shop will also be open during your visit.

Book your private reindeer experience well in advance – availability is limited!

DRIVING DIRECTION:
Helsinki - Turku motorway - Nupurintie - Nuuksiontie.
** Turn right to Kehä III (Ring III east) from Turku motorway after IKEA. Take the first exit and turn left (Veikkola). Go under Kehä III and drive along the Nupurintie (road no 110). Drive about 5 km and turn right: Nuuksio/Solvalla. After passing Haltia, the Finnish Nature Centre (brown wooden building on the left), drive 1,1 km and turn right after the crosswalk. Sign Karhunpesä and a reindeer advertisement on the right. Drive up to the parking place. The fenced reindeer area is on the right. The guide is waiting for you there.

** PUBLIC TRANSPORT:
** Commuter trains U, L, E from Helsinki Railway Station to Espoo (8 stops/25 min). Take bus No 245 from the Espoo railway station to Nuuksio (the bus stop is right next to the train tracks). Get off the bus at PUNJONSUO bus stop (27 stops/23 min). It is two stops after Haltia (big brown wooden building on the left). Walk a little bit forward and turn right after the crosswalk. There is a sign Karhunpesä and a reindeer advertisement. Walk up to the yard and the fenced reindeer area is on the right. The guide is waiting for you there.
